I can set up a domain for this board. So instead of the long yuku url, it can be it's own domain to easily access the board.

Would you prefer a new domain like www.jrmboard.com or a subdomain like mb.jrmfansite.org?

I use Firefox when browsing the board, and often open several topics into several different tabs, and reply to each rather quickly. There is a 1-minute flood control setting on the board, which is fine . . . I can't right click and save pics posted on the board. I'll look at it's properties and says it's a jpeg but when I go to save it, the only options I'm given are .ART or .bmp. I can't even get gif.

Very weird....anyone know how to correct this?

Without even knowing it, the JRMfansite has exceeded it's bandwidth. Must be all the Elvis/Cannes traffic as I've never been in danger before and this particular host doesn't just charge you for extra bandwidth and keep the site online. They didn't even give me a warning like they are supposed to do! Argh!

I hope to fix this asap but it may take a day or more.

One of my most sucessful sites, has been open just over a month, and has been getting about 1,000 hits per week. Unfortunately the host lost her job and can't pay the bills, so I'm out on my ass!


The visitors to the site/community seem keen to chip in some money... so I'm looking into some reasonable priced space, (probably a fair amount of bandwidth) and I guess you buy the domain name seperately??
