Oh you poor dears!
I'm sorry to 'brag' by saying that I hardly ever have much more than a fleeting headache that lasts 3mins-3hours, so I don't know much about the whole migrane thing. I did have a childhood friend who suffered with them though, so much so that she actually went blind during them, and got (understandably) a bit panicky.
All I know is that caffiene is a major instigator so should be avoided as much as possible (so, no more coffee, coke, or lots of chocs gals!), and also keeping your energy level continuous helps too. So, try to eat 5 small meals a day rather than the traditional big three, and also try to balance the amount or carbs/sugars to proteins. (Actually those last 2 tips should help everybody- ask any nutritionist.)
