Those are all good ideas Abby. I agree with what Emma said as far as diet goes. I think that diet and eating habits can contribute to the way your body feels sometimes, and eating healthier can maybe help get toxins out, and I would imagine drinking lots of water would help too. Drinking lots of water can make alot of things feel better (PMS, hangovers, colds, fatigue), so its worth a shot.

My friend just got carpal tunnel in her wrists, and changed her diet (cut out sugar, red meat and eats more fruits and vegetables, and drinks lots of water) and has helped alot. I've also noticed that drinking a glass of red wine everyday helps me a little, and that sometimes just a tiny amount of liquor can relax you somewhat, and its worth trying, if you haven't already.
