I've never heard of the blueberry thing, but personally Lavender GIVES me headaches! Figure that one out! :)
My best essential oils are orange, lemon, & occasionally bergamot. BUT, unfortunately those are peppy smells rather than relaxing. I wonder if mint might help? Peppermint tea always helps me if I feel nauseous and hot/warm water is well known to help aid digestion & relax muscles, so perhaps it would help?
