Citrus smells are rather soothing... that's a good idea :)

I've also read something about how colors can affect you; like looking at pale pastels can relax you, while colors like bright orange can make you anxious; things like that. Just another wacky idea. Perhaps if your honey can massage the back of your neck/temples that would help. Eucalyptus is a God-sent; I use it for alot of remedies. I have this spray that you put on your bedsheets that is very subtle, and gives you a very peaceful sleep.
